In the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. United States v. N.P. Client was charged in a multiple defendant, multi-count, federal indictment alleging numerous counts of fraud and aggravated identity theft. Aggravated identity theft carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 2 years imprisonment, consecutive to penalty for fraud. Result - Government dismissed aggravated identity theft charges. Client pleaded guilty to fraud only. On 11/8/11 client sentenced to 5 years to be served on probation.

State of Georgia v. C.J. Defendant charged with Level III Trafficking in Cocaine which carries mandatory minimum 25 years imprisonment. After investigation and motions all charges dismissed on 8/16/11.

STATE OF GEORGIA v. T.P. Case No. 2010CR02119-5- 15 year old defendant, facing mandatory minimum 25 years imprisonment - On May 19, 2011, jury verdict of NOT GUILTY - Aggravated Child Molestation and Aggravated Sodomy

UNITED STATES v. F.L. - charged with conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute in excess of 5 kilograms of cocaine. After evidentiary hearing, Defendant's Motion to Suppress 5 kilograms of cocaine GRANTED and DISMISSED. STATE OF GEORGIA v. S.D.-  charged with Murder, Arson and Aggravated Assault.  After investigation, motions and evidentiary hearings all charges were dismissed today, May 10, 2010.

STATE OF GEORGIA v. R.M.- defense of a law enforcement officer who was acquitted of murder, felony murder and aggravated assault.

STATE OF GEORGIA v. G.M.-defense of an individual in 125-count, gang conspiracy indictment who was acquitted of all charges.

STATE OF GEORGIA v. A.K.-defense of an individual who was acquitted of armed robbery, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony.

UNITED STATES v. A.P.-defense of a businessman in 38-count indictment who was acquitted of federal Medicaid fraud offenses.

STATE OF GEORGIA v. F.R.-defense of an individual who was acquitted of armed robbery, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony.

STATE OF GEORGIA v. D.L.-defense of an individual on cocaine trafficking charges. Prosecution dropped all charges during the middle of the trial.

UNITED STATES v. P.R.-defense of an individual on federal drug conspiracy charges. All charges dismissed.

UNITED STATES v. M.S.-client's sentence reversed on appeal.

STATE OF GEORGIA v. N.S.-defense of an individual who was acquitted of home invasion armed robbery.
