In the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. United States v. N.P. Client was charged in a multiple defendant, multi-count, federal indictment alleging numerous counts of fraud and aggravated identity theft. Aggravated identity theft carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 2 years imprisonment, consecutive to penalty for fraud. Result - Government dismissed aggravated identity theft charges. Client pleaded guilty to fraud only. On 11/8/11 client sentenced to 5 years to be served on probation.
State of Georgia v. C.J. Defendant charged with Level III Trafficking in Cocaine which carries mandatory minimum 25 years imprisonment. After investigation and motions all charges dismissed on 8/16/11.
STATE OF GEORGIA v. T.P. Case No. 2010CR02119-5- 15 year old defendant, facing mandatory minimum 25 years imprisonment - On May 19, 2011, jury verdict of NOT GUILTY - Aggravated Child Molestation and Aggravated Sodomy
